RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Tackleflagship.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

All returns must be pre-authorised by our customer service team. Please contact us at info@tackleflagship.com within 30 days of receiving your order before sending any items back. We will review your request and provide return instructions upon approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items and clearance/end-of-line products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned without prior authorisation

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We will cover the return shipping costs in full.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If your return is rejected (e.g. item shows signs of use or is not in original packaging), we will notify you and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to our return eligibility criteria) and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@tackleflagship.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
